Commercial and residential Cleaning Services is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated salesperson and Business Developers in BC.
Duties, Skills and Responsibilities.
Managing the Company, including providing support, absence of the management, discipline, grievance and recruitment activities.
Generating new commercial cleaning contract clients by any such means including hot and cold calling emailing, phone calling and door to door sales.
Explaining the benefits of the products, goods or services to new customers to expand and promote the business.
Assisting customers with complaints or inquiries related to products and services.
Creating and implementing a business/marketing strategy and sales plans (all such marketing/advertisements shall require the consent of the Company)
Managing contractual budgets in line with financial targets.
Skilled in using the business Equipment and Computer Applications Word processing software; Spreadsheet; Electronic mail.
Security and Safety, Criminal record check
