Supervises unionized personnel and/or students including: determining workload and delegating assignments, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective and disciplinary actions.
Manages and/or supervises food supply, preparation of meals, beverages, and nourishments to ensure compliance with standardized menus.
Ensures compliance with supplies and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met.
Creates a facility environment that protects the confidentiality of patients and staff.
