Doctors on Bayview Looking for Medical Office Assistant at Aurora, ON Full Time

We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our established and growing medical office. Our ideal candidate will have an interest in medicine and enjoy working in a professional and relaxed environment. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with patients, doctors and public officials. We are looking to fill some evening shifts as well as some day time shifts and Saturday’s . Must be flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls and book appointments.
• Handle basic correspondence.
• Maintain and sort general office files.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Interact with patients and schedule necessary treatments.

• Ensure that all necessary patient records and reports are accurate and on file.
• Schedule and coordinate functions and responsibilities.
• Able to work alone or with other team members

Work Remotely

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Virtual appointments available, and all patients coming into our office is required to wear a mask, and are screened prior to entering.
