APT is looking to hire General Warehouse Workers. APT is a family owned and operated business, that has recently made expansions into Manitoba. For 40 years APT Auto Parts has been providing quality aftermarket parts for the collision industry throughout Canada. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our outstanding team of warehouse staff!
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- High flexibility with good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Warehousing experience is an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
Job Duties
- Pick and inspect automotive parts for quality assurance
- Manually load and unload materials from trailers, pallets, platforms, cars, and lifting devices
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and respectful working environment
- Report any discrepancies in inventory to management
- Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location
- Extended periods of standing, and other physical requirements
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 75 pounds
- Possible delivery driving
- Other duties as assigned
Pay: Based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: Starting range $14.00 – $16.00, depending on qualifications. Review after 3 months
