As part of your team, your essential role will be:
- be the first contact with customers, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, empathy and professionalism will be put to good use;
- to identify the customers’ needs by collecting the necessary data for prescription preparation;
- to prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the customer;
- to ensure that the laboratory is clean and tidy in order to facilitate its smooth operation.
