• Patient uptake. This includes organizing and processing requisitions, patient screening forms and inputting patient and procedure information into the RIS software
• Register/check in patients
• Schedule/book appointments
• Manage a multi-lined phone system
• Pull and retrieve patient records
• Communicate with health care providers or patients if necessary to clarify information and/or uncover missing information
• Other duties as required by the Operations Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $14.00-$16.00 per hour

• Medical Secretaries & Patient Registrars: 1 year (preferred)
