The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties with a local Not-For-Profit organization:
– Assist the Finance Manager in preparing payroll for 200+ employees on a bi-weekly basis;
– Prepare invoices to clients on a bi-weekly basis
– Prepare the aging receivable report for overdue accounts. Initiate contact for recovery of overdue accounts, and submit action report to CEO.
– Responsible to Finance Manager for various internal financial reports
The successful candidate should also :
– Be proficient in QBO, Excel
– Learn quickly and implement financial processes
– Hold a basic accounting knowledge
– Be able to work independently on individual projects.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
