Our local family business is growing and we are looking to add a full time receptionist to our team.
Full time 40 hrs a week
Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm Closed weekends
Paid Stat Holidays -shop closed

Duties:
Greet customers that enter the store – Confirm all contact information
Inform parts & service when customers are in store or on the phone
Direct calls on the phone
Book service appointments on the phone or in person
Call customers for pick ups
General office duties
Work with accountant and send appropriate paperwork in
Make payments over the phone when required
Keep store and service area clean and organized
Batch close and lock up the store at the end of the day
Skills:
Computer skills
Good communication skills in person and on the phone
Organized
Clean and tidy
Experience in the RV industry or willing to learn all about RVs (some knowledge will greatly benefit this position as some basic knowledge will be needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
