Dealer and Customer Services is a key area in leading efforts to continuously elevate our ability to listen, learn from, and serve the skiing and skating community. This role will build and foster relationships with our distributed dealers and customers, throughout Canada, to provide the highest quality service experience. This position is empowered to listen, anticipate, solve problems, and thrives on transforming complaints into contributions, problems into opportunities.
Bi-lingual French/English candidates preferred. Previous experience in the ski, outdoor gear, or sporting goods industries preferred.
