Hi Five Logistics Looking for Dispatcher at Mississauga, ON Full Time

1 year of experience is must.

• Knowledge of Loadlink, DAT and Xpert Dispatch software is must
• Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate transportation planning and scheduling.
• Track shipments from pick-up through delivery so that accurate, up-to-date information can be provided regarding any shipment, update on transportation system.
• Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations.
• Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
• Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, pricing, and contractual obligations.
• Prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoice processes.
• Active involvement with problem-solving of issues presented.
• Clearing shipments, Creating manifests, Filling out Customs forms.
• Filing and administrative duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
