BUOY6 is actively seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience managing a high-volume recruitment portfolio in a labour-focused industry, an in-depth understanding of the candidate journey, and delivers an exceptional applicant experience.

The Opportunity
The Recruitment Coordinator will report to and collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to meet current and future recruitment needs. We’re looking for a driven and outgoing individual to lead full-cycle recruiting, from posting jobs to conducting high-volume Zoom/phone interviewing.
We have a fast-paced operation of approx 150-200+ employees (depending on the time of year) across multiple franchise locations. This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys recruiting, seeks variety, and wants the opportunity to drive best-practice hiring processes.
