Ability to interact with co-workers, address customer concerns.

Processing incoming and outgoing electronic mail

Organize work schedule in MS Outlook for work crew

Knowledge of Quick books, Creating and emailing of quotes to customers, receiving of customer payment.

Must be able to preform collection calls, calling customer to schedule maintenance work

Other duties as requested

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $36,550.00-$42,000.00 per year

• Secondary School (preferred)
