Job Duties:
– Load, unload and transport construction materials
– Siding installations and housing envelope
– Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
– Mix, pour and spread materials
– Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
– Clean and pile salvaged materials
– Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
– Drive trucks and trailers among work locations
– During the winter season some snow removing may be performed.
Requirements
Education: Not required
Experience: At minimum of 1 – 2 years of related construction experience with some
experience in carpentry and renovations.
Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines,
Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Overtime
required
Class G driver’s license is required.
Personal suitability: Client focus, team player, Flexibility, Reliability.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights.
Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Language: Intermediate level of English is required.

Important Information: Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, in Summer from 6:00 am
to 6:00 pm. and on Winter from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, flexibility on schedule is
required as some days will start earlier and others finish later depending on the business
needs and weather. We guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week regardless of the
weather. Overtime is required.
