Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Working Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be an on-site leader ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. The Working Foreman will be responsible for overseeing a team of workers, managing schedules, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining quality control. This role is located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Completion of a related post-secondary program or equivalent industry experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate a team and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
