The Project Superintendent will report to the Project Manager and lead all site personnel and subcontractors to successfully complete the construction project. You will interface with consultants, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, governing authorities, and various company departments to establish a profitable project in accordance with the construction contract.
Salary- $100,000
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
