Senior Project Manager Reporting to the Project Executive Deputy, the Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of multiple projects.Responsibilities:Foster and enhance relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule, ensuring its successful implementation.Effectively manage project budgets and financial reporting, analyzing reports to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program.Manage and supervise field operations and engineering processes and procedures, emphasizing compliance with insurance, labor relations, and employee relations requirements.Enforce safety protocols among project staff to maintain a secure work environment.Keep upper management informed of project progress and budget status.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Profound knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles, as well as accounting fundamentals.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to comprehend and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering teamwork and achieving project success.Location: Toronto, OntarioSalary: $170,000 – $200,000
