Location: 2225 Eagle Street North, Cambridge, Ontario
Role and Responsibilities:
Verification of all deal paperwork and reported gross profit
Posting of vehicles and recreational vehicles deals
Coordinate month end close with store managers to ensure all deals are received by the month end cut-off
Preparing and reconciling schedules of assigned balance sheet accounts
Accounts payables postings, reconciliation and payments for assigned location
Preparation of payments for lien payouts
Banking runs as required
Organizing and filing financial documents
Other accounting responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration
Minimum of 2 years working experience in an accounting function
Currently pursuing a CPA designation is an asset but not required
Advanced MS Excel skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Willing to work in flexible hours
Must be detail oriented
