Compensation Plan:
$31,200 k Base Salary + Commissions
$100 monthly to go towards health benefits should you quality and choose to opt in
$50 to go towards monthly cellphone bill
Company vehicle rental program *approval required
Hours: Monday to Thursday availability 9 am to 8 pm and Friday and Saturday availability 9 am to 5 pm.

Our online sales team completes the process of selling a vehicle 100% online. We are currently seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals that can develop an in-depth understanding of the various product lines, OEM requirements, sub-prime financing and everything in between. Suitable candidates must be comfortable creating relationships with customers from phone consultations, in-person meetings and closing. We are looking for eager, enthusiastic and trainable individuals who want to make a great living while changing the lives of our customers through the purchase of a vehicle.
Role and Responsibilities:
Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements
Work with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle based on their approval rate
Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures concerning customer handling, closing the sale and delivery procedures
Prospect to increase sales volume
Monitor DealerTrack for leads and schedule appointments with customers
Consult financial institutions to obtain funding options
Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
Deliver vehicles safely and on time
Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid G Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
OMVIC license is an asset
Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects
Self-motivated, energetic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong communication skills
Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
Above average computer skills and technically savvy
