Hours: On-site Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
We are looking to add a Onboarding Specialist to our fast-paced and growing HR team! This role will be supporting some recruitment and all employee onboarding initatives for our Group of Companies. In this role, you are the host with the most!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Welcome calls for all new employees
- Welcome packet creation and new employee document review/follow up
- Employee onboarding presentations
- Liase between HR and management with regards to any new employee questions, comments or concerns
- Support access management and new user creation among various systems
- Complete routine audits of systems to ensure compliance with regards to access management
- Other duties assigned by Director of HR
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous HR/employee relation/communication experience is required
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Technically savvy – Excel and HRIS/ATS
- Strong communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
- Ability to work well under-pressure, prioritize, multi-task and handle competing deadlines/requests from multiple stakeholders
- Ability to easily problem-solve and focus on solutions to support business needs
- Positive attitude and team-player
- G license and a clean driver’s abstract
