Location: 2200 Eagle Street North, Cambridge
Hours: On-site Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Reporting to the Director of HR, the Recruiter’s role is to primarily interview candidates to fill our talent needs across 20+ locations. This is a high-volume recruitment role for someone who is experienced with hiring 50+ employees per month.

Role and Responsibilities:
Complete first and second interviews on a daily basis (10+ per day)
Maintain company-wide spreadsheets related to recruiting, new hires, and an active employee roster
Work closely with the Director of HR and the Recruiting Assistant for all recruitment and selection needs
Be accountable for meeting all hiring needs and ensure roles are filled in a timely manner
Take detailed notes for interviews and update the company HRIS
Extend verbal and/or written Offers as required
Attend and facilitate job fairs and other hiring events
Travel to various locations as required
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Completion of a Human Resource Management diploma or certificate program
Previous high volume recruitment experience is necessary
Excellent judgment, professionalism, maturity and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Natural ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and employees
Multitasking, time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
Above average computer skills
HRIS experience
Valid G Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
