Role Description
PART TIME (10 hours/month) – Contract position
This is a contract remote role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records and transactions, producing financial statements, and managing general accounting activities. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial statements, bookkeeping, journal entries, and accounting software
- Excellent understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well independently and remotely
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
