Working in a fast-paced team environment, you are an integral part of a dynamic HR Administrative Team supporting Canada operations with a wide variety of Human Resources support. If you put people first and excel in a busy team environment where multitasking, critical thinking and prioritizing is essential, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Onboard and maintain accurate employee records in Oracle and through electronic filing, ensuring all adhere to HR guidelines.
Benefit administration including distribution of benefit packages, leave of absence coordination, benefit arrears follow up and assisting with gradual return to work processes.
Report separation details to Payroll within provincially set timelines.
Run reports to monitor and communicate upcoming expiration of work/study permits and leaves of absences, referral bonus payments due and overall accuracy of employee status and assignment details.
Work closely with Payroll team and HR Business Partners in supporting our store teams.
Coach Store Leaders on WCB administration, document completion and HR processes as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to 1-800 calls and emails within set timeline expectations.

Qualifications:
Completion of high school with two (2) college level Human Resources courses preferred
Two years of directly related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Oracle knowledge is an asset
