Our client is a fast-growing startup, applying artificial intelligence to the drafting, negotiation, and analysis of contracts. They are on a mission to change the way organizations approach documentation and harness the power of the data within their documents. They recently closed their Series B and with a global footprint, they support some of the world’s largest financial institutions and are trusted by leading banks around the world, including Citi and Goldman Sachs.
They looking for a highly motivated and eager to learn Marketing and Product Associate to support the CEO and Chief of Staff on a variety of initiatives.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto. Consulting experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing efforts, including publishing thought leadership, and planning and executing LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Manage the process of awards submissions for the company and its leaders.
- Examine how the company communicates to clients in the marketplace – evaluating positioning and tweaking messaging.
- Support the executive team in their work to develop the product, features and new market segments
- Work with senior leaders on sales messaging – especially for net new use cases.
Desired skills and experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a consulting capacity.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience working with product teams and understanding a product and it’s market to develop thought leadership and conduct competitive intelligence.
- High standard for attention to detail.
- Prior experience in financial services or AI is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business or Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Comp and Benefits
- The compensation for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 CAD depending on experience.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Performance bonuses in the form of stock options.
