Job Offer : Sales coordinator
A1 Imports Distribution Inc. is a privately-owned Canadian company that has been rapidly expanding since 2003. As a significant Canadian distributor of consumer goods in the retail market, we provide nationwide coverage to major retailers. Our primary market segments include pharmacies, hardware stores, convenience stores, and distributors. Are you a meticulous, self-taught, autonomous, dynamic individual with a great team spirit? Do you desire to work in a rapidly growing company? We are searching for a rare gem to join our team! You will work on-site at our newly renovated headquarters located in Bois-des-Filions.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide administrative support to A1 Distribution retail sales
• Manage the forms for each of our major clients according to their internal CRM (platforms used by clients such as SAP, Extranet, Metrocom, HUB, Mirakl, SPS Commerce, etc.)
• Maintain up-to-date price lists for clients (Excel), client product lists with their internal numbers
• Ensure follow-up and meet deadlines
• Support external representatives of the A1 WEB Portal
• Ensure communication follow-ups between representatives/account managers
• Coordinate the sending of promotional materials
• Provide high-level customer service
• Participate in any other related tasks required by your immediate supervisor
The ideal candidate:
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level of Excel is mandatory)
• Expertise in managing client CRMs
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail market industry
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Displays autonomy, resourcefulness, and punctuality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the marketing and communications sector (an asset)
