As part of our expansion, AAA Canada is currently looking for a :
** Talent Acquisition **
The AAA Recruiter is responsible for fulfilling the various search and recruitment mandates entrusted to him/her in collaboration with the operational teams and to participate in various development projects.

Your main missions: *
- Carry out the complete recruitment cycle for all positions to be filled;
- Understanding our clients’ needs;
- Identify the qualifications and skills required by our clients;
- Searching for candidates via internal and external sources;
- Recommendations and submissions of candidates to operations;
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews;
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings;
- Participate in the hiring offer process;
- Maintain professional relationships with the candidates met, active or inactive, in order to develop a network of lasting contacts;
- Attend training sessions in his/her field of expertise and promote the development of his/her skills;
- Represent AAA Canada in a professional manner at events and promote its growth;
- Be involved in various activities and special projects related to human resources management and development.

Desired skills: *
- Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- At least one (2) year experience in recruitment and placement;
- Fluency in English, oral and written. (French, Spanish an asset)
- Ability to evolve quickly and easily in a computerized environment;
- Be autonomous, dynamic and willing to obtain concrete results in a short period of time.
