We are looking for a Customer Service Repto join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
To identify and secure new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with potential clients.
Contribute to the sales target of the sales team.
Handle clients’ inquiries and complaints.
Ensure customer service and sales team exercise due diligence and care in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Take up ad hoc assignment when necessary.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor degree
Strong negotiating skills with ability to effectively manage through objections and work around business obstacles
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships.
Strong analytical skills in preparing business proposals
Strong self-motivation to drive results
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
