Your Role as a Digital Marketing Manager:
Beezy’s marketing team is growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to run our digital advertising program.
You’ll be responsible for planning and managing the program and budget, which will include optimizing the Beezy website, creating landing pages, and supporting our digital campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who is flexible, collaborative, creative, and quick to react to changing market conditions. You’ve managed an advertising budget and are comfortable forecasting spend, results, and the business impact of the programs you run. And you’ve got a good understanding of the SaaS business and the sales and marketing engine behind it.
A Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Manager:
Manage digital advertising programs
Develop quarterly digital marketing plans that drive demand for Beezy based on buyer personas
Act as the main point of contact for Beezy’s external advertising agency, managing the relationship and driving maximum value from the engagement
Ensure a strong ongoing ad program across all relevant channels, key buyer personas, content, and destinations
Continually measure and optimize advertising activities and balance point-in-time campaigns with always-on advertising programs
Design and draft copy for ads with support from our content experts, designers, and external vendors
Optimize website performance
Measure the Beezy website’s health and performance, regularly sharing relevant data with marketing team members, executives, and stakeholders
Optimize web content, layout, structure, and the overall experience to educate prospects and increase conversions
Collaborate with the marketing team to meet our objectives
Support the team with the advertising and web components of programs and campaigns through planning, building, and measuring ads
Build positive and collaborative relationships across Beezy’s marketing, sales, customer success, product, and finance team
What You’ll Need:
Experience managing an advertising budget and ad program results
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Google AdWords and Analytics
Experience creating and managing campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
Up to date understanding of ad capabilities and types across major search and social platforms
Experience planning, managing, and reporting on all digital ad campaigns
Experience with web hosting, A/B testing, landing page optimization and technology, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on long and short-term projects, as needed
