What you’ll do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, focusing on Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that information systems meet business objectives.
• Design and implement information systems, focusing on Salesforce, ensuring their scalability, security, and reliability.
• Conduct thorough testing, provide technical support, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, especially in Salesforce.
• Train end-users, participate in upgrades, and collaborate with IT teams to integrate information systems with existing infrastructure.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and administration.
• Familiarity with programming languages, database management, and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of business processes and Salesforce functionality.
• Proficient in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems, specifically in Salesforce.
