What You’ll Do:
· Identify/Prospect and contact new leads through established outbound strategies
· Monitor/analyze BDR performance and take accountability for driving improvements in lead generation,
program growth, sales productivity, and opportunity quality
· Schedule meetings for sales representatives with prospects
· Identify and evolve the Ideal Candidate Profile on an ongoing basis through discovery and research
· Research and Identify new methods and strategies to match the needs of our clients
· Work with the Sales Manager to develop new initiatives and markets
· Train and onboard new hires
· Conduct ongoing education to existing team members and provide feedback on execution
· Meet and exceed sales quotas
· Own the CRM process for BDRs and recommend process improvements and optimizations
· Address performance issues and provide ongoing and corrective feedback in a timely and constructive manner
· Deliver regular reports of KPIs
· Promote Acadium’s products and services
What you need:
· Minimum 2 years experience leading a Business Development team
· Extensive lead generation and sales development experience in a high-paced sales environment
· Experience with data analysis and making data-driven leadership decisions
· Experience with CRM software
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
· Ability to deliver results
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Ability to identify opportunities, and develop and implement effective sales strategies
· Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets
· Must be proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
