Healthcare Consultant will be responsible to implement business changes that drive industry specific, functional, and digital transformations focusing on task relating to technology, people, and process.

Responsibilities include:

• Apply strong analytical skills to dig deep into research and large data sets to identify where clients can leverage for greatest strategic impact to drive business outcomes.
• Use data models and visualization to bring your analysis to life. • Build relationships with clients to maintain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
• Keep deepening your prowess in business to reinforce Accenture’s reputation as a thought leader.
• Knowledgeable expert in your domain to advise clients and Accenture teams as a subject matter advisor

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience within the healthcare Industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or healthcare transformation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in at least 1 of the example offerings (Healthcare Informatics, Public Health, Salesforce)

Preferred Skills:

• You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• You have a strong understanding of Health informatics and how it can be leveraged to create positive change with our clients
• You perform as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing Thought Leadership and profound knowledge of market trends.
• You can lead projects that deliver healthcare solutions and make sure clients are positioned for long term success creating practical roadmaps.
• You can manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals.
• You have managed end-to-end projects and have reported and escalated to top levels.
• You can create expert content and take part in professional forums.
• You have shown critical thinking, ability to question decisions and provide creative solutions.
• You build trusted relationships with senior leaders at client organizations.
• You can mentor members of the team, guide them and groom them for more responsibility.
• You can provide junior team members with an integrated perspective of the client and project.
