These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding cloud and network best practices combined with guiding principles- Understanding the impact of network incidents to operations and organization- Have the required skills to execute the deployment of Cloud Platforms and Data Networks- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.- Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.- Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Coordinate with vendors or third party service providers for restoration of services.
Solid understanding of network monitoring and management tools.
Event correlation skills to determine the root cause of an incident.
Ability to work with ITSM ticketing system and manage SLAs.
Understanding of ITIL principles and framework.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR
1+ years of experience working in network monitoring and management
Certification in network technologies such as CCNA
Documentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Router/switch/firewall management
SD WAN and SD Access are nice to have
