These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding cloud and network best practices combined with guiding principles- Understanding the impact of network incidents to operations and organization- Have the required skills to execute the deployment of Cloud Platforms and Data Networks- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.- Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.- Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

• Coordinate with vendors or third party service providers for restoration of services.

• Solid understanding of network monitoring and management tools.

• Event correlation skills to determine the root cause of an incident.

• Ability to work with ITSM ticketing system and manage SLAs.

• Understanding of ITIL principles and framework.

  WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of experience working in network monitoring and management

• Certification in network technologies such as CCNA

• Documentation skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Router/switch/firewall management

• SD WAN and SD Access are nice to have
