You Are:

A Performance Management and Goal Management specialist, skilled in driving clients through digital HR transformations. Your ingenuity, analytical insight, and human-centric approach empower you to solve intricate performance and goal-setting challenges. Capable of navigating complex projects, designing performance strategies, and inspiring your team, you have a passion for excellence.

The Work:

• Initiate transformation programs in Performance Management and Goal Management with your specialized knowledge.

• Guide clients on how to optimize SAP SuccessFactors for enhancing performance evaluations and goal setting.

• Design and implement strategies for short-term and long-term performance and goal alignment.

• Collaborate and negotiate with senior managers within clients to strategize on key Performance and Goal Management issues.

• Utilize your judgment and expertise to drive critical Performance Management and Goal Management initiatives.

• Lead or participate in diverse teams and manage projects in the Performance and Goal Management domain lead large teams and projects at a client.

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Management and Goal Management processes and technology

• Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, focusing on Performance and Goal Management modules.

• Must be certified in SuccessFactors PMGM

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Bonus points if:

• Understand SAP’s business development process, particularly related to Performance and Goal Management solutions

• Have experience interacting with various organizational levels, including senior HR and business leaders

• Possess an in-depth understanding of SAP on-premises solutions and a conceptual grasp of SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management

• Have exposure to other performance-related solutions, methodologies, or certifications
