The Work:
Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Translate technical concepts into functional client-facing language, both verbally and in written format
Develop solution architecture and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions through integrations with other systems
Perform quality assurance and testing on solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are operating effectively
Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
You’ve got experience executing and supporting testing phases and defect management
Travel is required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 40-70% depending on the project phase and/or client requirements.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
Minimum 2 years working with SuccessFactors to SAP integrations (replication, P2P, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating the completion of project deliverables, e.g. Functional and Technical specifications documents, etc.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
You’re certified in SAP SuccessFactors Core Hybrid
Must have strong understanding of Integrations to and from SuccessFactors and strong knowledge of CPI
Bonus points if:
You’re certified in more than one additional SuccessFactors module (Recruitment Management, Learning Management, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession)
You have experience configuring replication to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
