ROLE SUMMARY : We are looking for a bilingual Quality Engineering Associate Manager who is talented in SAS VIYA and Data Migration testing. They will be responsible for defining and implementing quality engineering strategies and leading a team through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. They will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function using quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Further using their experience and skills to evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Required Experience/Skills: –

• 8 years’ experience in leading quality engineering projects from end to end.

• Working knowledge and hands on experience preferred on SAS/ SAS VIYA and data migration projects.

• Selenium with Robot Framework knowledge is preferred.

• Bilingual (French and English)

• Strong business and functional testing knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.

• Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

• Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives.

• Coach and advise testers

• Strong experience in stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand functional, technical and non-functional requirements.

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
