You Are:
A Recruiting and Onboarding Specialiswith the expertise to guide clients through digital transformation. Your human-centred approach, creativity, and analytical thinking enable you to resolve complex HR challenges. Skilled at intricate project analysis, technical and architectural planning, you inspire team members to excel.
The Work:
Use insights to initiate transformation in recruiting and onboarding, either domain- or platform-led
Guide clients on how SAP can enhance their talent acquisition and integration
Set strategies for short-term recruiting and onboarding goals.
Exercise judgment to drive critical recruiting and onboarding initiatives
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes
Travel may be required for this role.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly in Recruiting and Onboarding
Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment Management and Employee Central.
Must be bilingual (French / English)
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
