Also, as a Clinic Receptionist/Wellness Coordinator, you will be responsible for every client’s first impression when they enter the clinic. You will support our Clinic’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. The Clinic Receptionist is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative activities for our Clinic by liaising with clients, therapists, contractors, building management, and other health care professionals in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Registered Kinesiology services
• Greet clients and check them in and out for appointments, including any required paperwork, and accept payments
• Schedule new and returning clients for appointments using online booking system and help manage schedule to maximize client appointments
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to answering and directing calls, emails and fax messages
• Attend all staff meetings.
• Assist colleagues in maintaining flow of clients and cleanliness of work space and gym
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario or a new grad with the intention to register in the near future
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Apple products and Mindbody
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
• Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to changing procedures and priorities while remaining flexible and responsive to requests
• Must have a proven work record of dependability
• Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced sports medical organization.
