Argyle seeks a Marketing Specialist to join our team to assist in our corporate marketing efforts. We are looking for a creative individual with experience in delivering innovative marketing programs that will build on our current reputation. As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage Argyle’s and the CEO’s social media accounts, update all content related to argylepr.com, the Argyle blog, look for organic marketing opportunities to insert Argyle in and accurately interpret Google Analytics and other metrics.
Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Planning, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the execution of a firm wide marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports consistent growth for the firm while enhancing brand equity and awareness. This position will support the planning, organizing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the Company objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and position consistent with the corporate direction. The Marketing Specialist will support the charge regarding grassroots marketing efforts, coordinating the business intelligence efforts and supporting the design and utilization of the CRM tool.
Responsibilities
Marketing and Business Development
Oversees PR team (interns) with pitching speaking opportunities for senior leaders
Timely and efficiently fulfills requests for Argyle materials and maintains a sufficient stock of Argyle branded items
Produces monthly topline reports with online analytics and other marketing activities
Creates and maintains company-wide editorial calendars, including those of Practice Leaders
Works with Practice Leaders to create marketing materials about their practice offerings and creates and manages case studies
Work with our creative team to bring our stories to life in captivating and innovative ways
Email Marketing and Marketing Database
Drafts emails for announcements and marketing campaigns with minimal edits
Drafts, sends, and monitors Argyle’s email marketing
Effectively coordinates with the VP & GM to format monthly internal e-newsletters including sending out weekly submission reminders and generating original content
Accurately sends, monitors, and develops reports for all internal and external email campaigns
Accurately manages contacts, marketing lists, and develops reports within the CRM (Dynamics)
Successfully organizes, keeps up-to-date, and assists with writing all marketing materials online and in print
Skills
Ability to prioritize and manage projects across multiple initiatives, channels and deadlines
Proven understanding of the “art” and “science” of marketing to drive data informed decisions with compelling creative and storytelling
Strong analytical and writing skills. Must be able to identify and analyze the needs to create impactful content
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality of work
Oral, written and visual communications skills including synthesizing insights and calibrating to the correct audience
Desired Experience
5 years or more experience as a Marketing Specialist
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO and social media etc.) and market research methods
Proven experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field and/or equivalent work experience
Experience working in a professional services environment communicating with executive-level decision makers
A proven aptitude for initiative and innovation
