Digital Content Coordinator, KitchenAid Small Appliances Canada Description Digital Content Coordinator, KitchenAid Small Appliances Canada The Digital Content Coordinator is a contract role focused on improving our online presence on retailer websites and KitchenAid.ca to support the shopping experience for our consumer.The chosen candidate will report to the Brand Manager for KitchenAid small appliances and work closely with him as well as the sales team to drive optimization.The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that existing assets are displaying on Retailers’ websites based on best practice.The successful candidate will have strong attention, time management, and project management skills.This position allows you the exciting opportunity to improve the KitchenAid Small Appliance brand presence with Canadian consumers across many digital channels! Responsibilities Include + Organize digital assets for use on brand and retailer websites + Leverage retailer and brand upload templates to ensure that all product pages meet the best practice for digital content + Maintain a detailed tracking system that identifies progress vs. objectives + Liaise with the Brand Manager, Sales Team, and at times the Customer in order to optimize the product pages + Work closely with the internal creative house team to process requests/projects for making updates on KitchenAid.ca + Work with internal translators to get the content translated for use on both brand and retailer websites Qualifications Job Requirements: + Strong project and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Detail oriented with high standards of accuracy, and quality control + Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast paced, team environment + Understanding of various image and video file formats + Bilingual preferred (English/French) but not required Work Environment + This is a 6-month contract position. + Must be open to working from Whirlpool Corporate Head Office during Core Office Days (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and from home on Wednesday and Friday.
