Our client, a leader in Construction Inspection, is looking for a qualified construction inspector to join their team in the Beaverton area on a contract basis.
- Description:*
- Record construction site activities daily by performing survey checks, taking photos, and recording as-built conditions and use this information to prepare inspection reports.
- Quality control and site inspection in order to adhere to applicable provincial standards, technical specifications and engineering design.
- Comment and review construction progress payment certificates and quotes.
- Organize on-site material testing and geotech investigations for concrete, granular materials and asphalt while liaising with the clients, residents, utility companies, regulatory inspectors and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and resolving field solutions in regard to unforeseen construction issues and monitoring and identifying any deficiencies.
- Skills:*
- Construction Inspection
- Wastewater, Water treatment, Water testing, Inspection, Water main experience
- Has experience with municipal water clients
