Actalent Looking for Quality / Manufacturing Engineer at Longueuil, Quebec, Canada Full Time

• QUALITY / MANUFACTURING ENGINEER* to support a long term opportunity with our client who is a global leader in the aerospace and defense industry located in the south shore of Montreal, QC.
• Job Description:* This candidate will lead aftermarket investigative projects and coordinate issues from the outset until resolution. They will get notice of issues within their engine line, and it will come from either individual components or mechanical systems that might not be working as they should. They will seek to understand what’s going on with the parts and then determine a project to either contain the issue and/or make changes to the part so it doesn’t happen again. Will be managing multiple projects in parallel and will need to use their judgement in determining which project to prioritize and when to put certain issues on hold. Will be communicating with various stakeholders to obtain information and get some buy in from their partners.

• Bachelor in Engineering *(Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in

• Experience in *aerospace and knowledge of engines + repair & overhaul *
• Experience Level:* Intermediate Level
• Additional Information:* Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days a week on site, 2 days a week at home) Pay rate: depending on years of experience and expectations
