Position Summary:
Acuren is currently recruiting a Credit and Collect Clerk to support its Accounting Department. Reporting to the Controller, this position will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Finance department, focusing on Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out the full Accounts Payable cycle, including data entry of invoices and adjustments
- Managing accounts and incoming payments
- Reconciling accounts payables to account ledgers
- Assisting with analysis of accounts payables as required
- Carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and in compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of accounts payable experience.
- A post-secondary diploma in a related field would be preferred.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and sound problem solving skills,
- Solid proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients and vendors
