Position Summary:
Acuren is currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our Sherwood Park Head Office. This dynamic team member will be aigned with Acuren’s Core Values and deliver an unparalleled customer service experience as the first point of contact with Acuren. If this sounds like you, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Switchboard operation
- Ordering office supplies
- Data Entry
- Meeting coordination
- Courier and mail receipt and distribution
- Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- This is an onsite role that requires reliability during our core hours of operation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to professionally and effectively build relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
