Position: Project Coordinator – Intermediate
Location: Toronto, Canada
Work Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Mode: Hybrid (1-2 days in-office weekly, remote for the rest)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This hybrid role requires a local resident with a valid work permit who can effectively balance remote work with 1-2 days of in-office presence per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project team in achieving maximum performance by assisting in providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Assist in the coordination of projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scopes, and budget estimations.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Aid in analyzing project status and contribute to revising the scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements.
- Foster relationships with client stakeholders, providing essential day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Assist in maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
- Contribute to the management of integrated, multitrack performance databases for various projects.
- Support in developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
- Assist in resource allocation and monitoring to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to relevant management channels and escalate issues as needed, following the project work plan.
Desirable Skills:
- Relevant education or 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management principles and a willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to work collaboratively with all levels of management.
- Basic understanding of project management certifications or coursework.
- Exposure to coordinating projects or tasks in a professional setting.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new processes.
- French language skills preferred.
