Adfast est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) logistique junior – Montréal.
Descriptions de poste
Sous la supervision de la Vice-Présidente Logistique, le titulaire du poste a comme principales responsabilités d’assurer la bonne gestion de l’équipe de distribution, d’organiser les flux de marchandises et d’informations à l’intérieur des entrepôts d’expéditions et d’assurer la bonne livraison des commandes aux clients dans les meilleurs délais et conditions économiques

Horaire : Lundi au Vendredi, 40 heures par semaine. Poste en présentiel

Principales tâches et responsabilités :
– En collaboration avec les chefs d’équipe, effectuer la gestion quotidienne de l’équipe de distribution et de réception;
– Assurer le bon roulement des opérations quotidiennes;
– Coordonner les opérations de préparation de commandes et de distribution;
– Assurer un flux optimal des commandes et de l’information entre les différents services;
– Collaborer avec l’équipe du Transport pour assurer la réalisation optimales des opérations quotidiennes;
– Collaborer et effectuer les suivis requis avec les clients et fournisseurs internes (Service client, production, achats, ventes, etc.);
– Agir comme personne-ressource pour l’équipe de la logistique et pour les autres départements en cas de problématique et participer activement à la recherche de solution;
– Travailler en collaboration avec les chefs d’équipe pour organiser, planifier et réaliser les inventaires;
– Participer à l’optimisation des processus de distribution et de réception en collaboration avec la VP Logistique;
– Participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques du département de la logistique;
– Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour l’équipe de la logistique quant aux systèmes internes.
Exigences du poste :
– Posséder un diplôme d’études universitaires (BAC) en administration des affaires, en gestion de la logistique ou tout autre domaine connexe OU posséder une expérience pertinente en logistique;
– Avoir 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans la dans le domaine de la logistique;
– Avoir un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de personnel;
– Maitrise intermédiaire de la suite MS Office;
– Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais – écrit et parlé);
– Connaissance des systèmes intégrés de gestion (ERP, WMS, etc.)

Adfast is currently seeking a Junior Logistics Director – Montreal.
Job Description
Under the supervision of the Logistics Vice-President, the main responsibilities of the incumbent are to ensure the proper management of the distribution team, to organize the flow of goods and information within the shipping warehouses and to ensure the proper delivery of orders to customers in the best possible time and economic conditions
Working conditions :
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Presence required at office.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Support the team leads in the daily management of the distribution and reception team;
– Ensure a smooth flow in the daily operations;
– Coordinate operations around preparation of orders and distribution;
– Insure an optimal flow of orders and of information between the various services;
– Collaborate with the Transport team to insure the proper optimal functioning of daily operations;
– Collaborate and follow-up with internal suppliers and clients (Customer service, production, purchasing, sales, etc.);
– Act as a go-to person for the logistics team and the other departments when there are issues and participate actively in the solution;
– Work in collaboration with the team leads to organise, plan and maintain inventory;
– Participate in optimizing the distribution and reception processes in collaboration with the Logistics Vice-President;
– Participate to the continuous improvement of internal logistics practices;
– Act as a go-to person to support the logistics team with the internal systems.
Job Requirements:
– Possess a university degree (BAC) in business administration, logistics management or any other related field OR have sufficient experience in the logistics field;
– A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics;
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in staff management;
– Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite
– Bilingualism required (French and English – written and spoken)
– Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.)
