Requirements
Basic math and typing skills.
Organizational ability and attention to detail.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Experience with Microsoft Suite and Pro Core
Responsibilities
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Ordering Material
Daily Roles Calls
Creating Job logs for RFIs
Updating Project Management Sheets
Assisting in Estimating and Scheduling.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Update calendars and schedule meetings
This position has the opportunity to grow into a further career in Project Management for the right candidate.
