Advanced Women’s Health Looking for Business Operations Manager in a Wellness Clinic at Greater Toronto Area, Canada Full Time

This is a hybrid remote position that may include some travel to our various clinics. Reporting to the Founder, Sarah Wilson, you will be responsible for supporting the ambitions of our team and driving optimal patient care, internal systems innovation and improvement and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Primary relationship manager and support contact clinical and patient care leads
• Identify opportunities to optimize practices driving service excellence and growth, accountable for annual targets
• Develop and implement action plans for each practice
• Identify and implement operating efficiencies and opportunities that:
• Optimize patient care & experience
• Grow revenues and profitability
• Drive engagement for practice-level staff
• Ensure practices are physically maintained to set standards
• Identify opportunities to foster relationships and synergies across AWH clinics
• Identify opportunities and step in as necessary to improve communication and training standards
• Facilitate and support opportunities to assist practices and drive goals through the execution and/or implementation of new programs
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a team
• Effectively manage the inventory system, including assisting in managing and ordering inventory and medical supplies.
• Effectively manage the financial management system, preparing statistical reports for management, as well as preparing disbursement information for the accountant.
• Effectively work with the leadership team  in continually evaluating, reviewing and modifying operational policies and procedures in the operating manual.

• Ability to set goals and design executable goals with timelines around them
• Skilled mentor that can positively influence others and quickly build strong relationships.
• Proven ability to execute large-scale projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Able to consistently reinforce communications of founder
• Experience in cross-functional company management
• High-level communication skills

Results

• P&L and key metrics are communicated to the leadership team. Communication cycles will include daily, weekly and monthly objectives
• The company remains legally and financially protected 
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly goals are set and ownership assigned based on roles and departments along
• The vision of the founders is constantly communicated to the team
• Communication is seamlessly maintained across clinics
• Team culture is prioritized, focusing on positivity, empathy, efficiency and momentum
• Key projects and initiatives are identified and dedicated the resources they need to drive ROI
