Job Summary
There’s a lot to this opportunity and we’re looking for someone to be proactive, delivery oriented, highly collaborative, and globally connected. You’ll work closely with business leaders and the HR Business Partner team to develop and engage our most important asset – our people.

We are looking for an experienced talent professional who will demonstrate business acumen and innovative thinking for the Canada region, our global Corporate team, and our Construction Management organization, with a goal of building high performing and highly engaged employees; encouraging an inclusive, learning culture; and contributing to driving a positive and diverse workplace.
The role is a blend of global and local. As a global business with a Think and Act Globally strategy, you will help develop global talent solutions and then implement them into the business. You will be a consultant and thought partner for the HR business leaders and local leadership teams and will deliver core talent management activities that are programmatic, like performance management and succession planning; as well as targeted solutions as needed at different levels of the organization.
