Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment process for multiple roles and locations across Canada
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build a strategic recruitment plan that addresses hiring requirements
• Source candidates for open positions through such sources as corporate website, appropriate job boards, contacting referrals/previous employees sourced through networking
• Review resumes for appropriate skills and qualifications
• Updating the resume data based powered by ICIMS
• Contact and screen candidates and verify work experience and credentials
• Conduct Reference Checks
• Processing employee start papers and ensuring personnel files are up to date
• On-boarding new employees
• Develop and maintain appropriate metrics and statistics
• Build strong relationships with potential high-quality candidates to ensure a viable talent pipeline and pro-active recruiting
• Perform required administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration would be an asset
• Must have experience handling and dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• A good understanding of human resources management practices
• Experience recruiting in an construction industry would be an asset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Ability to take ownership of duties and responsibilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
