The Position & Experience Profile:
- Experience working in a fast paced Staffing Agency environment (an asset)
- With that, you will have experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates and dispatching associates
- Able to review and understand job requirements.
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Previous experience in creating detailed job descriptions, and posting to internal and external web boards
- Researching to find additional sourcing options for hard to fill markets
- Send out e-blast to candidates using our ATS
- Completing initial phone screens for potential candidates
- Scheduling interviews either in house or for our clients
- Daily dispatching of flexible workforce associates to various clients
- Ensures applicant data is recorded in the ATS prior to offer extension
- Processes and track progress of candidate background verification and communicate results to clients
- Set up skills assessment with Prove-it software
- Set up appropriate on-boarding protocols such as WHMIS training, and other client specific orientations
- Responsible for all necessary follow-up duties related to employment offer extension (tracking of pre-employment screening process including results)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all new hire paperwork
- Responsible for maintaining positive, professional relationships with all applicants, candidates, employees and clients throughout recruitment interactions and/or employee life cycle.

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
