Aerotek Looking for Aerospace Production Worker at Ontario Full Time

Aerotek is currently hiring Production Platers to join the team in their facility in Brampton

Description

• Review work instructions, determine the type of material to be coated/masked based on the material and plating requirements

• Calculate the surface to be plated, set controls of rectifier, load the part in the plating tank

• Load in tanks, if it weighs over 35lbs you will use an overhead crane to place

• Dealing with chemicals

• Measure components thickness with gauges

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in an aerospace or aviation environment

• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications

• Must be comfortable wearing a respiratory mask for 5 minutes every 30 minutes ( must be clean shaven )

Shifts

Straight days (7:30am-4:30pm)

OR

Straight afternoons (3:30pm-12:00am) note: training will be on the day shift and can take up to 2 months
